1982 Poster

In 1982, for the first time in its 52-year history, the Holland Tulip Time Festival proudly introduced an official Tulip Time Poster.

Artist Stephen Frykholm, Director of Corporate Communication Design and Development for Herman Miller, Inc. was chosen to design this first poster

Frykholm has received national and international attention to his posters and other graphic works including his popular summer picnic posters designed for Herman Miller's annual summer picnic. These posters comprised an exhibition at the Renwick Gallery of the National Museum of American Art, a Smithsonian Institution in Washington, D.C.
