Lodging Many groups begin placing reservations the summer/fall before the festival. The Holland Convention & Visitors Bureau will assist in obtaining lodging in Holland, or a neighboring city if Holland is full. They can be reached at 1-800-506-1299, or visit www.holland.org. Tulip Time also has a list of lodging advertisers available at www.tuliptime.com/area-info. Group Meals For a list of area restaurants, all of which are group friendly - www.tuliptime.com/area-info. Otherwise, for the 54th year Holland churches are offering home-cooked meals to groups of 20 or more. Group meals are available beginning Monday, May 3 through Saturday, May 8, 2010. Lunch served 11:00am-1:00pm. Dinner served 4:30-6:30pm. All meals include tax and gratuity. A real convenience for groups, you're "in and out" in an hour! Bus parking available at all locations. To book meal reservations, please send a 10% non-refundable deposit of meal total. The Tulip Time Festival will place your group and send a confirmation with a map showing meal location and remaining balance due. Deposit is not applicable to balance due in case of cancelled meals. Two (2) complimentary meals available per group, for escort and driver, with 20 or more paid guests. A group is 20 or more guests, not including the escort and driver.
2010 Church Lunch Buffet- $8 per person; Includes hot casserole, hot sandwich, salads, chips, dessert and beverage.
2010 Boxed Lunch - $6 per person; Includes sandwich, fruit, chips, drink and Dutch cookie. Multiple sandwich options can be ordered. Available for pick up only.

2010 Church Dinner Buffet - $11 per person; Includes hot entrees, vegetable, salad, potato, roll, dessert and beverage.
2010 Lion’s Club Chicken BBQ - $9 per person; Includes ½ chicken, coleslaw, applesauce, roll, dessert and beverage. Located under large tent ½ block west of Civic Center on 8th Street between Maple and Washington Avenues. Serving May 5, 6 & 7 2010 from 4-7pm and May 8, 2010 from 11am-7pm.
Step On Guides Price: $85 per bus for 3 hours or less, $20 each additional hour Let the Tulip Time Festival provide a pre-planned tour or have the option to customize your own! It's a great way to introduce your group to our town and the festival. A Dutch costumed guide will board your bus for a 3-hour tour to include Holland's historic areas, city parks, Hope College, a view of the windmill, tulip lanes, downtown Holland and more! Admission to attractions are not included. Please pick up your step-on guide at the Civic Center, 150 West 8th Street. Shorter step-on guide tours can be planned, however sites included will vary and price remains the same. On parade days guides are only available in the morning. Bus Parking Price: $35 per bus Conveniently located behind most parade bleacher seating, reserved bus parking passes are valid on parade days only for those attending a parde. Reserved bus parking passes are good for use at the Civic Center parking lot, 150 West 8th Street on Wednesday, May 5, Thursday, May 6 and Saturday May 8, 9:00am-5:00pm. Bus parking permits often sell out prior to the festival, so don't delay! Otherwise, free parking is available along 10th Street east of VanRaalte Avenue, on a first-come-first-served basis. Most other show venues and area attractions have their own designated parking areas. Downtown parking is available along the side streets.
