We are no longer accepting parade entry applications, as the March 3, 2009 deadline has passed. If you would like to be added to the parade mailing list for next year, please e-mail sue [at] tuliptime [dot] com or call 616.396.4221 x108.

Drawing nearly 100,000 spectators, the Meijer Muziekparade is an excellent way for an organization, marching band or company to participate in one of the largest flower festivals in the nation. The Muziekparade is televised on our ABC station, WOTV 4. The Volksparade and Kinderparade are just as exciting and draw thousands of spectators. The dates for the parades are as follows:


- Wednesday, May 6, 2009 – Volksparade

- Thursday, May 7, 2009 – Kinderparade

- Saturday, May 9, 2009 – Meijer Muziekparade

Going into its 10th year, this outdoor art and craft fair will be held Saturday May 2 and Sunday May 3. This event is a juried show with over 120 booths. All artwork must be the original work of the artist. Absolutely no imported or mass manufactured items are allowed.
