Tulip Time Accepting Applications for Parades

HOLLAND, MI – January 8, 2009 -Tulip Time Festival (www.tuliptime.com) is accepting Parade applications for the Volksparade, Kinderparade and Muziekparade to be held Wednesday, May 6, Thursday, May 7, and Saturday, May 9, 2009 respectively. Totaling more than 100,000 spectators these three parades are a great way to showcase your organization to members of the community and visitors from all over the country.

The Kinderparade will only be accepting float applications from children-related organizations. There are 6 spaces available for these floats, which must follow a Dutch theme.

To apply for parade entry in the 2009 Tulip Time Festival go to http://www.tuliptime.com/parades. Entry applications must be received by March 2, 2009.
Applications are also available for pick-up at the Tulip Time office, located at 238 S. River Ave, Holland, Michigan 49423. Hours are Monday-Thursday, 9am-4pm.
