What is a timed ticket?
A timed ticket is an admission ticket with a specific date and time of arrival. By ordering timed tickets, you are letting us know the date and time that you will be visiting, which helps us prevent overcrowding and ensure the safest and best experience for every guest. You will be able to enter the event by showing an electronic or printed copy of your ticket to our guest services team.
How do I order my timed tickets?
Purchasing your tickets is easy! Visit www.tuliptime.com/events/costume-exhibit-market or, call the Tulip Time office at 616-396-4221, and a guest services representative will assist you.
What time should I arrive?
You should arrive as close as possible to the start time on your ticket. Guests will not be guaranteed access outside of their time slot. You may wish to plan extra time for parking and proceeding to the event location.
What happens if I am early or late for my timed ticket time?
You should arrive as close as possible to the time on your ticket. If you are early, you should wait until the time listed on your ticket to enter. Please note that tickets are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for another date and time, so your punctuality is essential. We cannot guarantee your entry if you do not arrive at your chosen time.
Can I attend without a timed ticket?
No. For the health and safety of our guests, timed tickets are required for all attendees.
