Dutch Cooking Demonstration and Lunch
The culinary expertise of two great local businesses unite to bring you this unique cooking demonstration. Chef Andy Stewart of Fustinis partners with Boatwerks Restaurant to create this modern take on some Dutch favorites. You’ll enjoy a three-course lunch while Chef Andy demonstrates his unique way of blending Fustinis Oils & Vinegars into classic favorites like Split Pea Soup, Pretzel and Mustard Crusted Pork Tenderloin Sliders and Almond Rhubarb Crumble Cake.

Chef Andy Stewart was born and raised in Kalamazoo, MI and has over 35 years experience in fine dining, full service dining, and regional and national food service. Andy comes to Fustini's from a private fine dining club in Kalamazoo and has worked throughout the state of Michigan and in New York City. Mostly trained in French and Italian cuisines, Chef Andy loves the quality and variety that Fustini's brings to the kitchen.
