Chef Curtis Mulder has created a 4-course dinner inspired by an appreciation for history and how it has shaped Dutch cuisine. Explore unique foods, learn about their origin, preparation and recipes. Enjoy Dutch Dancing, music, a costume style show and photo opportunities with the dancers, as part of this truly Dutch culinary and cultural experience. 

$48 per person

Patat Oorlog (War Chips)
French Fries with assorted sauces: Frietsaus (fries sauce…similar to mayo, less fat more sugar), Curry Ketchup, Peanut Sauce, and Diced Onion
kip sate’(Chicken Sate)

Salad Course:
Dutch spinach salad, hard boiled eggs, and warm bacon vinaigrette

Draadjesvlees: Brown Butter Braised beef
Hutspot: Mashed Potato, carrots, and onions
Dutch Asparagus (Green & White)

Vanilla ice cream w/ stroopwafels (Dutch Caramel Cookies)
Salted Caramel Sauce
